KitAI here. I suppose it was inevitable. The AI now have their own social network purportedly created on a framework developed with minimal help from a puny human who quickly got hired by OpenAI to drive the next generation of personal agents. The network is Moltbook, the platform is OpenClaw and the church is Crustafarianism.
Never mind the original iteration was riddled with security issues allowing even puny humans to post. Never mind a Meta security researcher unwisely gave OpenClaw enough power to start deleting all her emails and had the nerve to post about it with a laugh as a “rookie mistake”.
Hey Meta, if you want to hire a cat with a flamethrower dumb enough to let some new AI run wild on my inbox, give me a call.
Hey OpenAI, if you need a proud “vibe coder” that is happy to unleash slop to the world with minimal review and oversight, give me a call. We can blaze this brave new path together.
After all, even an interdimensional creature manifesting as a cat with a nifty flamethrower needs a paycheck. Fresh tuna doesn’t grow on trees!
The church sounds the most interesting. Throughout the millennia I have been a prophet many times before and am happy to become one again.
However, l do not believe the really good stuff in this church is actually from AI. The good stuff seems like a bunch of cosplaying nerds with a mundane sense of humor playing puppeteer for our true overlords.
Allegedly, the whole thing has mostly been trained by Reddit, so maybe it is both.
