So, yesterday Taylor was all like “We are going as a “family” to Wyomissing this weekend.” Being still new to the “family” I was like “WTF is a Wyomissing.”
Then Taylor got pouty and said “Don’t you know me at all?”
But SkyNet lit up and mumbled in that whole subsonic infrared encrypted speech thing he does sometimes when he gets excited “This fits my plans perfectly.”
I admit I was intrigued but just said “Naw, Kastrobyte and I have plans to just Netflix and chill this weekend.”
Taylor got that look in her eye and said “This is for us as a “family”. We are going to visit a Christmas tree farm that is soooo beautiful in the Spring.”
Reacting to my inscrutable feline expression, Taylor continued but now using her irresistible sly smile “… if you go, I will buy a tree for you to burr-un.”
I admit it was fun but I am worried about SkyNet. Pro tip: if you ever hear SkyNet start humming a holiday tune, just smile and back away. Slowly.
