Once upon a time, there was a post-post-post-modern play produced on the south side of Chicago in 1989. Exactly how it got produced remains unclear to this day. All credit goes to the legend that was Nihilator.
There was much talent for acting, technical excellence, and then there were the authors who tried their best.
The full abridgement is provided in the links below. The cast and crew experience included:
- several high school plays
- an entire life as a theatrical experience
- the step daughter in “Six Characters in Search of an Author” (which is not ironic at all)

- sex drugs and rock and roll (also rock is dead and I don’t do drugs anymore)
- Our Town and other high school productions.
- swimming, jazz, manual labor
- no interests and no experience
- is this a come on? you name it!
- science fiction, singing, Snow White in first grade
- getting coffee for directors, Etch-a Sketching
- HMS Pinafore in 6th grade (is this a theme?)
- chewing my nails, doing the dishes, making little sense
- international thespian
- Prancer in third grade production of Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer, disinfecting the author’s kitchen
- distracting your composer, getting more sleep
- Gobbo in Merchant of Venice, Molvolio in Twelfth Night with Riverside Shakespeare Company in New York

- etc., etc.
